Daniel Sharaiha is the Chief Human Resources Officer and Customer Experience at Bank al Etihad in Jordan.

 

Daniel and I had much to talk about given my Middle Eastern background and how familiar I am with the culture in the region. I really enjoyed this conversation as I learned about what Daniel and his peers are doing to increase gender equity in the Arab world and in Jordan in particular.
